Faicon, a promising startup with ambitious goals, approached us to help bring their vision of an event management web app to reality. They needed a comprehensive digital solution that would streamline event coordination while being user-centric and inclusive of various administrative capabilities.
Our Solution
We initiated a thorough product discovery workshop to align on objectives and define the functionality required to meet user and administrative needs. Building from this understanding, we developed detailed UX/UI designs, including sophisticated user flows and a complex admin panel with seven different role-based access levels. Each component of the design focused on usability and efficiency for both users and administrators.
